GYROTONIC ARTS - Educational Institute for the GYROKINESIS® and the GYROTONIC® Method
We offer individual and small group trainings with the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® and GYROKINESIS®. Special studio equipment complement our training classes on mat and stool.
Our group courses are continuously up to those supported by the public health insurance Pilates prevention courses.
Thank you also to the training and GYROTONIC® GYROKINESIS® coach. All our coaches are of the Gyrotonic Sales Corp. certified from the US.
We rent our premises during the week or for weekend courses.
