The GYROTONIC® Applications for Breast Cancer Update Course

provides Gyrotonic trainers with basic theoretical knowledge of breast cancer and practical tools for working with patients diagnosed with breast cancer.

The theoretical understanding of breast cancer includes information on its development, prevention, risk factors, anatomy, treatment options, and their consequences.

In the practical portion of the course, trainers learn four individually adaptable exercise routines that enable them to better care for their patients. They learn Gyrokinesis exercise sequences specifically developed for this target group and four new programs on the cable tower. These four programs build on each other but can also be performed independently, depending on the needs of the individual patient.

The GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS® methods accompany women in rehabilitation and aftercare:
