Juliu Horvath’s GYROKINESIS® exercise program is the ORIGIN of the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®, a holistic movement system that views the human body as a unit and the spine as its central support.

New balance leads to a relaxed aura, renewed self-confidence, and smooths away many a worry line.

Juliu Horvath developed “Yoga for Dancers” from Kundalini Yoga, dance, and movements from various sports, as well as natural movement patterns, which then became GYROKINESIS®.
